What to look for
Six things that actually matter.
Before you pick a digital business card, these are the criteria worth comparing. Read them, then scroll to the table — we grade each tool against the same checklist.
How you share
QR, link, Apple and Google Wallet pass, home-screen widget, NFC. The more channels a card supports, the less friction at the exchange.
Why it matters — Your recipient should not need a specific app or a physical card to accept your info. Multiple channels cover every context — trade show, coffee shop, remote call.
What happens after the exchange
Capture forms, CRM sync, and AI follow-up drafting. This is where 80% of leads go cold.
Why it matters — A digital card without a follow-up loop is just a vCard. The real wedge is whether the tool drafts a personalised reply before the lead forgets who you are.
Team workflows
Admin dashboard, lead routing, deal handoff, shared templates, and offboarding retention.
Why it matters — When reps leave, their contacts should stay. When a lead needs a specialist, handoff should be one click. Solo-focused tools skip all of this.
Integrations depth
Named Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive connectors — not just CSV export. Public API, webhooks, Zapier for everything else.
Why it matters — Generic CSV export means manual work every week. Named connectors and a public API mean your card tool actually lives inside your sales stack.
Security and scale
SSO / SAML, SCIM, SOC 2, data residency, GDPR DPA.
Why it matters — Enterprise procurement will filter out anything without SSO and SOC 2. Even for SMB, single sign-on is the difference between "my team uses it" and "half my team forgot their password."
Pricing and value
Per-seat vs per-card pricing, what is gated at each tier, true cost at 10/50/200 seats, free-tier limits, transparency.
Why it matters — Headline prices and real prices often differ. Watch for AI or CRM features gated behind the top tier, per-card (not per-user) Business pricing, or Enterprise quotes hidden behind a form.

Run the numbers
What you'll pay at 10 seats.
Annual pricing, per-vendor. Baseline assumes one card per rep — Blinq's per-card model grows linearly with card count.

- Popl Teamsper seat$480/yr$240 less than SG-BizCard
- HiHello Businessper user$600/yr$120 less than SG-BizCard
- Blinq Businessper card — multi-card reps pay multiples$598.8/yr$121.2 less than SG-BizCard
