1. Acceptance
By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you accept on behalf of a company, you warrant you have authority to bind that company.
2. The service
SG-BizCard is a SaaS digital business card with AI follow-up and team intelligence. Features may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.
3. Your account
You are responsible for account security and for all content uploaded. Do not impersonate, harass, or violate applicable law.
4. Payment
Paid plans bill monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Refunds are at our discretion; pro-rated for Enterprise annual contracts per the MSA.
5. Acceptable use
No spamming, no scraping, no reverse engineering of proprietary code, no circumventing rate limits or plan gates. Demo sessions are for evaluation only.
6. IP
You own your content. We own the product. You grant us a license to host and display your content as needed to operate the service.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranty of merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
8. Liability
Our aggregate liability is capped at amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
Delaware law governs, excluding conflicts-of-law principles. Venue: state and federal courts located in Delaware.
